Coach McKay is entering his second year of coaching and teaching and his first season with the Plano Wildcats. He graduated from Wheaton College in 2024, where he played football and earned a bachelor’s degree in History. Coach McKay began his coaching career at Lee County High School in Sanford, North Carolina, where he coached football and track. Coach McKay has been married to his wife, Ellie, for one year, and they have a goldendoodle puppy named Honey. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with friends.
