Reedy Captures Lead Early To Defeat Plano

Plano fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 6-2 loss to Reedy on Friday. Reedy scored on a stolen base by Luke Delapaz in the first inning, a single by Will McDuffee in the second inning, and a fielder’s choice by Beau Williams in the second inning.

Chase Van Dyk earned the win for Reedy. He went five and a third innings, surrendering one run, no hits, and striking out eight. Derrick Sievert took the loss for Plano. He threw one inning, surrendering three runs, and four hits.

Troy Lee and Conner Allen each drove in one run to lead Plano.
Reedy collected ten hits.
