Plano Jumps Out To Early Lead Over Seguin

Plano grabbed an early lead on its way to a 7-1 victory over Seguin on Thursday. The Wildcats scored on a error in the first inning and a single by Braley Hollins in the second inning.
Plano captured the lead in the first inning. A wild pitch by Jason Gonzales scored two runs for Plano. Benjamin Patterson earned the win for the Wildcats. He threw six innings, allowing one run, four hits, and striking out three. Gonzales took the loss for Seguin. He went four innings, giving up four runs, seven hits, striking out one, and walking one.
Plano collected 11 hits. Nathaniel Haynes, Braley Hollins, and Troy Lee each collected multiple hits for Plano while Garrett Maas and Hollins each had two RBI’s.
